Timbers Preserve, one of our newest, largest and most modern listings, is a brand new, single family home built in 2022. The entire property and everything in it is brand new and it could not have turned out better. The interiors are spectacular and immaculate featuring fabulous flooring, furniture, fixtures and finishes, high ceilings, fantastic natural light throughout the home and four en suites plus an office and work out room.
Timbers Preserve is an incredible setting for your Steamboat vacation. It is tucked away in a private neighborhood in both picturesque and peaceful natural surroundings, yet less than seven miles from the resort and town. Enjoy breathtaking and unforgettable, panoramic, Catamount Lake, Flat Top Mountains and Yampa Valley views from almost every room of the home, as well as lounging, dining and grilling on the numerous decks around the property.
The sensational and very spacious, 4,500 square foot four bedroom, four and a half bath home is spread out on three levels. It can comfortably sleep eleven adults. Enter the property on the lower level either through the the front door or the attached two car, heated garage, which provides parking as well as storage for skis, bikes and more. You will find yourself in the foyer, which provides storage for coats, boots and much more. There are many board games available for a family night in)
The home has its own tablet that can control the surround sound, heat, security alarm and the electronic blinds.
Up two flights of stairs on the second level is the open living area. Kick back, relax on the comfortable sectional and take in the unbelievable vistas while watching a game, movie or show on the large flat screen smart TV and warming up by the gas fireplace. There is a telescope in the living area to take in the stars, search out wildlife and more.
Cook and dine with the incredible landscapes as the backdrop. The well-designed, fully stocked, professional kitchen features brand new Bosch stainless appliances, including a six burner gas range, gorgeous quartz countertops, a large farmhouse sink plus bonus prep sink on the kitchen island and beautiful cabinetry. There is a large walk-in pantry and the property has everything you will need to cook a meal including small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more.
Dining options include a fabulous table with chairs and a bench along with kitchen counter seating. There is additional outdoor seating on the deck with the aforementioned views and a gas grill.
Off the living area and down the hall, is a a powder room along with a separate laundry room that includes a full size washer and dryer and utility sink for your convenience.
The four en suites are dispersed on all three levels and all have amazing views.
The master en suite is on the top level and offers a king bed, nice size dresser deck access and its own large bathroom with a a double vanity, closet and both a walk in shower with a waterfall shower head and separate free standing soaking tub.
Also on the top level is the work out room (stationary bike, bench, dumbbells, pilates equipment) and the office (with a desk, monitor and chair). Combined with WiFi, this makes the Timbers Preserve a viable option for your remote working needs.
Back on the middle level are the two queen en suites. Both have closets and drawer storage. One en suite has deck access and its private bathroom has a walk in shower. The other’s private bathroom has a tub shower combo.
The extra large bunk en suite is on the bottom level. It has a twin over full bunk bed, a closet and the attached bathroom has a large walk in shower. This is also where the second living area is with another flat screen tv and a full size sleeper sofa. There is also patio access off of this room.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
